Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at VersaVerde. We are dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on qualified orders and calculated rates for others. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping (5–12 business days): Free for orders over $40 

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen carrier issues.*

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically active and updated within 48 hours. 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VersaVerde is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at contact@versaverde.net. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
